# Directions:
01 - Submerge chicken strips in buttermilk for 15 minutes to tenderize.
02 - Mix flour, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
03 - Press marinated chicken into breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
04 - Heat ½ inch vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Warm honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until blended. Remove from heat.
06 - Toss fried chicken strips in hot honey sauce until fully covered.
07 - Toss romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Add croutons.
08 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
09 - Layer Caesar salad in center of each tortilla. Top with hot honey chicken. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
10 - Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
