# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like restaurant quality but comes together in your kitchen in under half an hour.
  • The contrast between warm, crisp flatbread and cool, crunchy lettuce is absolutely perfect.
  • You can prep the chicken ahead or use rotisserie to make it even faster.
  • It works as a light dinner, a shareable appetizer, or even a fancy lunch that impresses without effort.
02 -
  • Don't overdress the lettuce at first, you can always add more Caesar on top but you can't take it back.
  • Letting the chicken rest after grilling keeps it juicy instead of dry and stringy.
  • Bake the flatbreads just until crisp, not hard, they should still have a little chew in the center.
03 -
  • Grate your own parmesan instead of using pre-grated, it melts better and tastes fresher.
  • If your flatbreads are thick, poke them with a fork before baking to prevent puffing.
  • Warm flatbreads make the lettuce wilt slightly in a good way, creating a contrast that's irresistible.
